Naresh C. Gandhi 
A Civil Engineer by profession, Naresh Chandulal Gandhi started his career on large infrastructure projects for the Government of India. His success was such that the company was awarded many more prestigious government contracts and the company’s reputation stands high in government circles to this day.
Some of the projects to his credit are the Air Force and Naval air bases at Goa, Naliya & Bhuj, the largest Boeing 747 hangar in the country at Sahara International Airport, Mumbai, the Indian Navy’s submarine base complex in Mumbai and office, and residential buildings for the Bombay Port Trust. He was also involved as a key figure in constructing the 38-storey Suraj Apartments, the tallest building of its time in Mumbai. Today, Mr. Gandhi's good will gets the Company some of the best Redevelopment Projects in Mumbai city. He is the overall head of the Company and under his able leadership, CMG Construction is the first choice for Redevelopment amongst many societies.

Ashwin Gandhi
A Gold Medalist Civil Engineer from Mumbai University, Ashwin Himatlal Gandhi went on to pursue his Masters in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering) from University  of Akron (Ohio), USA and has been Director of C M Gandhi Construction since the last thirty years. His initial projects were the construction of two hangars at Jamnagar Air Base for the Indian Air Force, five multi storied buildings for Senior Naval Officers at Colaba and Tarapore Atomic Power Plant Infrastructure work for NPC. Some projects to his credit at the Mumbai Naval Dockyard are the FMU Building, Wet Basin Sub Station, A14 Submarine Base Complex, HIC Workshop for heavy engines, and Special Repairs to the Underwater Jetties and caissons. There on, his work in the private sector includes iconic buildings like Mumbai’s first forty storied residential apartment building Suraj Apartment at Breach Candy, Girnar Towers, Arihant Towers, Shatrunjay Towers, Sai Mansion and Om Residency in Mumbai. His current projects include the School and College Building for Yashwant Rao Chavhan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal at Chandivali and the Hostel Building, Mess Building and College Building for Sinhgad Technical Institute at Lonavala.

Viren P. Shah
A Civil Engineer with 23 years’ experience, Viren Shah’s sound technical knowledge has led to his key responsibilities today: site management and administration. His very first project involved construction of Transport Workshop Facilities at the new terminal of Sahar Airport, Mumbai. He went on to build technical facilities for both the Indian Army and the Indian Navy and was closely involved in infrastructure development for the Nuclear Power Corporation at Tarapur.His residential construction credits include the high-rise Himgiri building at Ghatkopar, Sai Mansion, Cumballa Hill, Mount Pleasant, Matunga, and – most recently – Balaji Gardens, Matunga.

Udayan P. Shah
On graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering, Udayan Shah has spent 19 years with CMG Construction. His experience ranges from technical buildings for the Indian Navy and for Air India to senior officers’ quarters for the Bombay Port Trust to the Krushal Tower Commercial Complex in Chembur. His residential construction achievements include Shatrunjay Tower, Dadar, Krish Residency, Ghatkopar and Pride Park, Thane.

Avani Gandhi Doshi
A production engineer from V.J.T.I. with software development experience of 4 years at Infosys, Avani is a dynamic young woman with a pleasing personality. She comes to the Company with a strong vision and belief to convert this family run enterprise into a gigantic multibillion empire. She has successfully completed her Management in Business Education from S.P. Jain Center of Management - Dubai , Singapore and brings with her great knowledge of business management techniques, technology and leadership skills. She is the eldest from the third generation to join the Company, and is managing the Company Finances and Investments.

Yashesh Vijay Gandhi
A Civil Engineering Graduate from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Yashesh Vijay Gandhi is the latest entrant into the business. With avid interest in Sustainable Development, Yashesh plans to add a new spectrum to the current activities. Currently he is working on the construction of the Chandivali School and College Campus for Yashwantrao Chavhan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. He intends to pursue a Masters Degree in Construction Engineering and Project Management from the USA.
