THE BUSINESS OF VALUESTRUCTURE

With five decades of experience in development and construction, the company embraces a multi-disciplinary approach that has been honed over the years to a single, seamless style of operation. Architectural and design strengths mesh with engineering and construction skills that complement each other – and, in fact, enhance each other.

These skills are combined with experience on truly diverse and demanding projects over the years.

To mention just a few, CMG Construction has built runways and most of the airport at Goa, constructed a submarine base for the Indian Navy, took a short respite to put up Mumbai’s first 38-storey building (one of many residential projects), and went on to earn the coveted ‘No Limit’ certification for work at the Nuclear Power Corporation. This is in addition to several multistorey apartment buildings for the Military Engineering Services (MES), a workshop complex at the Naval Dockyard and the country’s largest Boeing 747 hangar for Air India.

CMG Construction today is focused on residential and commercial property, with an emphasis on redevelopment. But the many disciplines which make up the company’s operations have always had a single aim -- provide value.

Value in the physical project delivered. Value in time management. Value in intangibles like trust.

The company, in short, is in the business of valuestructure.
